Our fourthouting of 2010 took us to the windy links course at Arbroath Golf Club .

9 hardy P.R.A.G.S. members took to the 1st tee at 11am with Andy Whitham hitting
a drive ( which went a full 25 yards ! ) to get the day started.
We played 3 x 3-balls and the usual stableford format.

We also welcomed two new members , Tommy Mulholland & Graham Stevenson.

The wind played a big part on the outward 9, with all the drives being hit into the teeth of a ferocious wind.
Casualties on the outward 9 were many, with balls blown around like confetti , but even so, one or two players
managed to cope with the blustery conditions better than others.

Back in the clubhouse scores were tallied and huge congratulations were awarded to Tommy Mulholland
and Antony Pleasance for amassing a very respectable score of 34 points each. Only on a countback did
Tommy snatch the coveted P.R.A.G.S trophy from Antony's grasp.

1st Place : Tommy Mulholland - 34 points ( B.I.H.)
2nd Place : Anthony Pleasance - 34 points

We had the usual x 2 extra comptetions in addition to the main P.R.A.G.S. Trophy.

Nearest The Pin in two shots on Par 4 12th hole : Not Won.
Nearest The Pin on the Par 3- 16th : Tommy Mulholland.
